A Gentle Introduction to Dance


Our baby ballet classes are carefully designed to support toddlers as they begin to explore movement in a structured yet playful way. Classes focus on:


Developing coordination and balance through basic ballet steps
 Exploring rhythm and musicality  Building confidence and independence in a safe environment Encouraging imagination with themed exercises and storytelling
Each 30-minute class blends creative play with gentle physical activity, offering the perfect first step into the world of ballet. Our goal is to nurture curiosity, joy, and self-expression from the very beginning.

What To Expect


✓ Age group: 2.5–3.5 years
✓ Class length: 30 minutes
✓ Parent involvement: Parents settle their children at the start of class and are welcome to stay and watch, offering reassurance by staying close during the session
✓ Group size: Small groups for individual attention
✓ Uniform: Optional for trial classes. For Baby Ballet, uniform is not mandatory. Guidance provided if you choose to enro
✓ Venues: Child-friendly spaces in safe, accessible locations

Q: Can I stay in the room during the class?
Yes, parents can stay and watch. While we don’t invite grown-ups to join in, being nearby helps children feel supported as they grow in confidence.

Q: What should my child wear?
For trial sessions, comfy clothes are perfect. If you enrol, we’ll share guidance on optional uniform items. Please note: for Baby Ballet, uniform is not required.

Q: Is this class suitable for shy children?
Absolutely. Our experienced teachers create a nurturing environment where every child can feel comfortable, included, and supported.

Q: Can we switch class times if our schedule changes?
Yes, we have multiple venues and times across Islington, Clapton, Stoke Newington, and London Fields, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
